We were delighted to receive a beautiful set of pictures of our set at the Oxjam ‘Beneath the Willow’ festival taken by Chris Wood, including this lovely one of Greengage in full flow. Many thanks Chris. A larger selection is on our Facebook page or to see the full set visit Flickr

Wiggling beneath the willow

The first ever Oxjam ‘Beneath the Willow’ festival was excellent last Saturday, raising over £2,000 for Oxfam. Well done to all of the organisers and thanks for inviting us to perform. This was the first time we have performed all of our dances back to back as a 40 minute set. We used a slightly […]

The event, organised by our friend and teacher Loreley Rice, is a great opportunity to enjoy a wide range of Middle Eastern music and dance styles. Hope to […]

Practice, practice, practice

We have a great practise last night and nailed our most ambitious choreography yet, thanks to Kay. It is to a traditional tune, ‘Wraggle Taggle Gypsys’ and looks awsome. So be sure and come and see it performed at the White Horse Folk Festival on 13 August or at Wallingford Bunkfest the beginning of September.
